Established in 2024

Dr. Annie Clark founded Peerless Resources for Educational Progress, LLC (PREP) with a visionary goal: to address the educational gaps and disparities she observed in both local and global communities. Her inspiration stemmed from her extensive experience in the education sector, where she witnessed firsthand the uneven distribution of quality educational resources and the impact of such inequities on student success.
Driven by a commitment to create more equitable learning opportunities, Dr. Clark aimed to leverage her expertise to establish a consultancy that would not only support educational institutions in optimizing their operations but also empower them to provide exceptional educational experiences to all students, regardless of their geographical or socio-economic status.
PREP was conceived as a response to the growing need for educational innovation and reform, particularly in underserved areas often described as educational deserts. By providing tailored consulting services in academics, operations, financial sustainability, governance, culture, and climate, Dr. Clark's organization seeks to transform educational environments and outcomes globally, ensuring every child has access to the tools and support necessary to thrive in an increasingly complex world.
Her passion for education and her deep understanding of the challenges facing educational institutions today continue to drive PREP's mission forward, making it a beacon of hope and change in the educational landscape.

Our Team

Dr. Anne Clark
Founder/CEO/Lead Consultant  

Dr. Anne Clark launched her consulting business, Peerless Resources for Educational Progress LLC, in 2024 after serving as the CEO of the Pennsylvania Coalition of Public Charter Schools. Committed to addressing educational deserts in K-12 education, Dr. Clark collaborates with national and global educational institutions, driven by her mission to improve children's lives through education.
As a transformational leader, Dr. Clark redefines education through innovative practices and equitable opportunities for all learners. She advocates for empowering stakeholders in education and supports parental choice for children's educational opportunities.
Dr. Clark holds a Doctorate in Human Services from Capella University, focusing on Leadership and Organizational Management, and has achieved a Superintendent Letter of Eligibility from Point Park University, a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education, and certificates in School Leadership and Nonprofit Leadership and Management.
With over 22 years at Lincoln Charter School in York, PA, she previously served as Northern Regional Director for the Pennsylvania Association of Environmental Educators and on the Advisory Council of the Pennsylvania Coalition of Public Charter Schools. Dr. Clark has also contributed to the Pennsylvania Department of Education State Parent Advisory Council and, in 2023, actively participated in various state committees focusing on truancy, educational initiatives, and economic growth.
Currently, she serves as the Executive Director of the Hope Street Learning Lab Incorporation and is a member of the Eat, Plays, Breathe Committee and other non-profits. Dr. Clark has presented nationally on topics like the SMART Model and Community Partnerships, sharing her journey as a parent, educator, and advocate for educational equity.

​Taliana's academic journey began at Logos Academy, where they graduated high school with a passion for understanding human behavior. Recognized for their academic potential, Taliana received a full scholarship from Penn State, where they majored in Human Development and Family Sciences. During their time at Penn State, Taliana took a six-month sabbatical to assist their grandmother in launching Peerless Resources for Educational Progress, LLC (PREP), reflecting their commitment to family and education.
Currently, Taliana continues their academic pursuits as a psychology major at Millersville University. Beyond the classroom, Taliana spent three years teaching at Lincoln Charter School, actively contributing to the Roar for Learning summer program, where they helped inspire and educate young minds. Guided by their personal motto, “Start small, grow taller, chase a little faster, and beat every goal,” Taliana is dedicated to achieving excellence in both their studies and their future career.
